At 3 Seeds we utilize Gallup StrengthsFinders 2.0 to raises self-awareness, team awareness and engagement levels. Sure it is important to raise your own
self-awareness, but equally important is to be able to understand how the people around you use their strengths and talents. Here are my top 5 strengths:

My favorite word in the English language is:
FORWARD. There is always something new to explore ahead. Regardless
of what we have been through, we can move forward and progress. 

If you could change something in the world, what would it be?
I would change SYSTEMIC RACISM, the inequalities in education, housing, employment, wealth, and representation in leadership positions that are rooted in our country’s shameful history of slavery and systemic racism.

Ashley Stewart, a Gary, IN, native believes in “Making the Best Better”, through her experience in team supervision, coaching, planning, and collaborative problem solving. Ashley attended the University of Northern Iowa obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Services and a certification in Nonprofit Management. Ashley’s dedication to impacting the youth and developing leaders led her into the position of New Student Orientation Coordinator at the University of Northern Iowa.

A driven, open minded, creative, and successful program coordinator with a strong sense of dedication and commitment to program development and implementation, Ashley displays tenacity in developing leaders, enhancing engagement, and cultivating collaborative partnerships and endeavors. Advising student groups, such as Black Student Union and Ethnic Student Promoters, Ashley evaluated student experiences and student leadership training to apply progressive alterations for the outreach and support to at risk students. From creating compelling presentations to advocating for innovative programs, Ashley strives to inspire others to achieve better results.

As a supervisor, Ashley has facilitated training sessions, assessed performance and initiated cultural and programmatic change. Ashley also received her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. Ashley is passionate about enhancing students’ leadership potentials and skills, while providing opportunities for students to promote holistic student success and persistence.

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be…
Teleportation. I would be able to be where I want and need to be when I want and need to be there. #NoMoreTraffic #VacationsEveryWeekend  

The most important thing I learned in high school was…
Tap into your strengths and interests. Many of the things I learned and got exposed to in high school shaped who I am today, so try new things and explore.
