Executive Assistant

Toy Perry is the Executive Assistant to Mr. Jason Thomas at 3 Seeds Mentoring Group. Toy was born and raised in Kentucky, but has made Chicago her home. If you have had any type of encounter with her, you have undoubtedly experienced her southern charm that has been complimented by her northern wit.

Mrs. Perry is the quintessential expression of the term “Jack of All Trades”. In the process of pursuing her degree in Pastoral Psychotherapy, she had a profound life altering encounter that changed her career plan but not her life goal. This one encounter thrust her into the world of makeup which led her to a career as Professional Makeup Artist. It was in this period when she solidified her “WHY’. She determined within herself that no matter the circumstance or the individual she would always “leave someone better than how she found them”.

This opportunity has allowed her to work with people from all walks of life, including celebrities and presidential candidates This experience would ultimately allow her to sharpen her eye for the most minute of details, exercise her natural gift of counsel and show her how to employ her unique interpersonal skillset in any given environment.

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be….
Genius Level Intellect like Bruce Wayne. AKA… Batman

The most important thing I learned in high school was…
It’s ok to stand out from the crowd.

Choose a movie title for the story of your life…

My favorite word in the English language is:

My word is “BUT”. There are only a few things in this world that I believe are absolute. Everything else is negotiable. The word “but, opens the door for necessary and needful conversations.

If you could change something in the world, what would it be?

If I could change one thing, I would give everyone a very generous dose of compassion. I believe if everyone led with compassion, we would have very few matters that we couldn’t overcome as a society.
